These Terms govern your access to and use of assetacademy.io and any products or services provided by Wise Empire LLC. By using the site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.
Updated October 15, 2026. These specific terms apply to the 7-Day Revenue Engine Build offered at $1,999 paid in full or three monthly payments of $797 ($2,391 total). They take precedence over any conflicting general terms below or in our linked policies.
Build schedule: Seven days of build time begins after onboarding is complete, required account access is provided and your start date is confirmed. You complete onboarding, provide access and respond to approvals; our team handles the setup, testing and launch.
90-day first-sale guarantee: If your funnel has not produced a single sale 90 days after launch, we refund what you paid for the build. This applies to both payment options, even after access is granted, onboarding begins or work starts. A general no-refund clause or 14-day request window does not override this guarantee. Email [email protected] with your checkout email and order details to request your build-fee refund. Advertising spend and other separately purchased costs are not build payments.
Three payments, then done: The payment plan charges $797 at checkout, then $797 one month later and $797 the following month. Total: $2,391. After the third successful installment, the build is paid in full. There is no fourth installment or ongoing membership charge. This is payment for one build, not a cancel-anytime membership. A failed payment does not add an installment to the agreed total.
Onboarding: Instructions are available immediately after successful checkout. Email your Zoom email to [email protected] from the address used at checkout. Our team responds within 24 hours with the onboarding invitation and required-access checklist.
Included costs: Software, hosting and CRM are included as described in the offer. Advertising budget is separate. Any optional costs are confirmed during onboarding before that work begins.
The first-sale guarantee is a build-fee refund promise, not a promise of a particular income or profit. Existing customers retain the terms of their original purchase.
Ownership and usage rights specifically granted in your DFY offer or confirmed scope take precedence over the general license restrictions in Sections 6 and 13. Third-party software remains subject to its provider's license.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Wise Empire LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), the entity that operates Asset Academy at assetacademy.io ("Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase products or create an account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We sell digital training programs, toolkits, templates, software access, membership access, and done-for-you implementation services. Products currently offered include:
Each product is described on its sales page and at checkout. You will receive delivery instructions by email after successful payment. DFY onboarding invitations and required account access follow the process described in the applicable offer above.
To access most products, you must create a member account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
All prices are in US Dollars and include only the product described on the checkout page. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your jurisdiction.
One-time products (such as Auto-Builder Kit full access and Content Reactor) are charged once at checkout. You receive immediate access after payment clears.
Trial offers (such as the $1 Auto-Builder Kit trial) convert to the stated full price after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Billing terms are disclosed clearly at checkout before you pay, including the conversion amount and date.
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis at the stated price. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time to stop future charges.
The October 2026 Revenue Engine Build plan is three monthly payments of $797 ($2,391 total): one at checkout and two monthly installments. It ends after the third successful payment, with no fourth installment or ongoing membership charge. It is not a cancel-anytime subscription.
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment a few times over several days. If it continues to fail, your access may be paused until the payment method is updated.
When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own business purposes. You may NOT:
Violations may result in account termination without refund and, in serious cases, legal action.
The October 2026 DFY 90-day first-sale guarantee above applies even after onboarding or work begins. General no-refund, warranty, termination or 14-day provisions do not override that guarantee. Other refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
You can cancel recurring memberships at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
The cancellation rule above applies to recurring memberships. The fixed DFY plan pays for one build and follows the payment and refund terms stated above.
Our training products provide education and information; our DFY services also provide the implementation described in your offer and confirmed scope. Nothing we publish constitutes financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified licensed professional.
Except for the specific commitments and refund guarantees in your offer or confirmed scope, our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee of any specific result, income, business outcome, or return on investment from using our products. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, background, market conditions, execution, and factors outside our control. See our Earnings Disclaimer for more detail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wise Empire LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our products or the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wise Empire LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
All content on the Site and in our products... including text, graphics, video, audio, templates, code, workflows, and logos... is owned by Wise Empire LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your license to use the materials is limited as described in Section 6.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our support team. If we terminate your account for cause, you are not entitled to a refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to customers by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
